Hillsborough County commissioners approved a request to increase building square footage at 4450 County Rd 579 in Seffner.
The Board of County Commissioners heard the case at a land-use hearing on Oct. 13, 2026, at 9 AM. The hearing took place on the 2nd floor of County Center.
The Diocese of St. Petersburg and a second applicant filed the request. The application number is PRS 26-1147.

The request is a minor modification to the site's existing planned development zoning, PD (21-0297). County staff found the request "Approvable, Subject to Conditions."
