The Plant City Board of Adjustment will hear a driveway width request on Tuesday, Oct. 27. The meeting starts at 1:30 PM in the City Commission Chambers.
The case is BOA-2026-10. It covers 1418 Mercantile Court. The project name is "Youmans Mercantile Ct- Driveway Width Variance."
The applicant asks for a variance from section 102-1413(d)(9)(a) of the city code. The variance allows a reduction in the required driveway width for industrial use.
