On Oct. 5, the Hillsborough County Land Use Hearing Officer heard a variance request for a Riverview property.
The site is northwest of the intersection of Lake Hills Dr and Heron Hills Ln. It covers 0.97 acres, more or less.
The applicant asked for a variance to encroach into the wetland setback. The applicant also asked for a variance to lot development standards.
