Hillsborough County commissioners approved a rezoning request for 16.51 acres in Riverview. The vote took place at the BOCC Land Use hearing on Oct. 13, 2026.
The applicant is MATTAMY TAMPA / SARASOTA, LLC. The application number is RZ-STD 26-1184.
The land is on the east side of Raulerson Rd. It is 400 feet north of the Raulerson Rd and Hillcrest Dr intersection. The site address is 11634 Raulerson Rd, Riverview 33569.
