Hillsborough County commissioners approved a zoning change for a site on Boyette Road in Riverview.
The change allows Minor Motor Vehicle Repair at 11607 & 11609 Boyette Rd. The site covers 3.7 acres, more or less.
Phillips Edison & Company applied for the change. The application number is PRS 26-1283.

The Board of County Commissioners heard the request at a land use hearing on Oct. 13, 2026, at 9 AM. The hearing took place at County Center, 2nd Floor.
The site has planned development zoning, PD (15-0694). The request was a minor modification to that zoning. It changes the conditions to recognize the repair use.
County staff found the request "Approvable, Subject to Conditions." The board approved it.
The site is in Commissioner District 4. It falls under the Riverview & SouthShore Areawide Systems community plan. The comprehensive plan category is RES-4.
